As officers were checking the area, another call was received reporting that the same vehicle had just been involved in a collision with the center median on N Golden State Blvd near W Taylor Rd and that it was last seen heading eastbound on Atherstone Rd.

As officers were responding to the secondary location, one of them spotted the vehicle heading southbound on N Kilroy Rd from W Christoffersen Pkwy.
