On Saturday, February 19th, 2022, at 12:49 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported armed robbery that had just occurred at Briarwood Apartments, 381 E Monte Vista Ave, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they met with the victim, a security guard working at the complex, who told them that as he was sitting in his vehicle, two males approached on either side of his vehicle, surprising him. The one on the driver side then brandished a black handgun and ordered him out the vehicle. He complied before both the suspects got into his vehicle and sped off heading eastbound on E Monte Vista Ave from the complex.
The suspects were described by the victim as two males in their twenties wearing a face covering and dark colored clothing.
