On Saturday, August 20th, 2022, at 10:38 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Soderquist Rd and Park St, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver as Lannie Brown, 71, of Turlock.

A search of Brown’s vehicle was conducted after he consented to it and officers located a large amount of methamphetamines in the center console. The officer, based on his training and experience, came to the conclusion that Brown was selling them.

Brown was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines for sale.
