On Saturday, March 25th, 2023, at 4:22 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at Donnelley Park, 600 Pedras Rd, Turlock, who was staring at kids playing on the playground and making people feel uncomfortable.

When officers arrived on scene, they found and contacted Christopher Cline, 32, of Modesto, who they had previously dealt with on several occasions during the same day causing issues throughout the city.

Cline was determined to be a sex offender in compliance and was on parole for stalking.

Officers decided to call Cline’s parole agent and inform him of what he had been doing. The parole agent found that there was probable cause a violation of parole had occurred, so he authorized that Cline be placed on a hold while awaiting a parole revocation hearing.

Cline was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of violation of parole.

It should be noted that Cline had blown kisses at a female police officer during one of the earlier contacts in the day.
