On Wednesday, October 5th, 2022, at 8:38 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported larceny that had just occurred at The Home Depot, 2800 Countryside Dr, Turlock.

Officers arrived on scene, made contact with the suspect, and identified her as Breanna Aragon Urrutia, 24, of Elk Grove.

When officers had their dispatcher run Urrutia, she returned with two bench warrants out of Manteca. The first one was a $5,000 misdemeanor one for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, while the second one was a $50,000 felony one for burglary.

The Home Depot did not want Urrutia prosecuted for the larceny she had committed from their business.

Urrutia was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on her warrants.
