Shots fired inside downtown bar early Saturday morning

On Saturday, January 30th, 2021, at approximately 1:30 am, the Turlock Police Department received multiple calls reporting shots fired at The Udder Place located at 110 W Main St.

Multiple officers arrived within minutes and were told by witnesses that a hispanic male adult wearing a black shirt and jeans took a gun out of his pocket and fired a single shot into the air inside of the bar. He then ran out the back door of the business, got into the passenger side of a white Dodge Charger, and drove off. While driving off, he fired a second shot on S First St. It is unknown at this time if that shot was also in the air or at someone.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage and confirmed the events described by witnesses. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
