Six Displaced After Christmas Morning House Fire

At about 11:52am Monday morning, Turlock Fire, Modesto Fire, Turlock Police, Stanislaus Regional Fire Investigation Unit, and American Medical Response responded to a structure fire at a residence in the 4300 block of Pasadera Way.

When firefighters arrived on scene, they found heavy fire conditions from the attached garage, and the fire extending into the home.

Firefighters immediately began fire attack and were able to get the fire under control within about 20 minutes, but remained on scene for an extended period of time conducting overhaul, investigation, and other post-fire activities.

The Turlock Irrigation District and Pacific Gas and Electric Company responded to the scene to secure utilities, while the Modesto Fire Department provided city coverage for the duration of the incident.

No injuries were reported.

Six people were displaced as a result of the fire.
