Sleeping Subject Arrested with Meth, Marijuana, and Brass Knuckles

Turlock police arrested a male subject on multiple possession charges on Monday after contacting him while sleeping in a parking lot.

Officers responded to the Save Mart on Geer Road around 10:30 a.m. on the report of a suspicious person.

According to Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb, the subject, later identified as Brandon Aue, 24, was sleeping in the parking lot and was called in as a suspicious person.

Upon contacting Aue, officers found that he was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and brass knuckles, reports the Turlock Police Department.

Aue was arrested for the above possession charges, as well as a misdemeanor driving under the influence warrant out of Merced County.
