Stanislaus County Fair Seeks Performers

The Stanislaus County Fair is seeking talented local performers of all types for the 2013 Community Stage line-up.

Whether it’s a musical performance or martial arts demonstrations, the Stanislaus County Fair is encouraging all talented individuals from throughout the community to apply.

“We are looking for family friendly performances,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the 2013 Stanislaus County Fair. “We are looking for local dance groups, karate demonstrations, and other forms of talent to participate.”

Chosen participants will perform on the community stage for the 10-day run of the Stanislaus County Fair. The 2013 Stanislaus County Fair will begin on July 12 and end July 21.

There is no fee to apply to perform on the Health Plan of San Joaquin Community Stage. Interested persons must simply fill out the application, posted online.

“We are taking applications through June 15, but if they want to be publicized in our collateral pieces, they must turn in their application by May 13,” said Alkhas.
