Turlock police were able to track down and arrest a suspect who allegedly stole a swimming pool from Walmart on Saturday afternoon.
Loss prevention agents at the Walmart at 2111 Fulkerth Rd. noticed a male suspect stealing a swimming pool around 2:56 p.m. on Saturday.
The suspect was able to get away, but loss prevention noted the license plate number of the vehicle the suspect fled in, according to the Turlock Police Department.
Turlock police officers were able to locate the suspect on Highway 99, north of the Keyes Road exit, said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.
Aaron Foust, 42, was arrested for petty theft.
