A 20-year-old female was arrested by Turlock police nearly 24 hours after she assaulted a victim with a glass bottle.

The suspect, later identified as Victoria Pryschuk, 20, allegedly hit a victim in the face with a glass beer bottle at approximately 1:51 a.m. on June 29.

The assault occurred on the 4400 block of Capurso Drive, said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.

After following some investigative leads, according to Webb, the Turlock Police Department was able to locate Pryschuk around 11 p.m. on Sunday.

She was arrested for assault.

The victim of the assault suffered non-life-threatening injuries, said Webb.
