A man was arrested by Turlock police Saturday afternoon for allegedly hitting and refusing to let the victim out of his vehicle.
At approximately 2:16 p.m., the Turlock Police Department received report of domestic violence from the victim.
The Turlock Police Department reported that Charles Delp, 41, allegedly refused to let the victim out of his vehicle while on the 1100 block of Pedras Road, on top of the domestic violence.
Officers were able to later locate Delp.
Delp was arrested for domestic battery and false imprisonment.
