Turlock police arrested a suspect with a felony warrant who was allegedly trespassing at Turlock Regional Water Quality Control Facility on the night of July 10.

Jeremy Hathcoat, 37, was allegedly seen jumping the fence at the Regional Water Quality Control Facility, located at 901 S. Walnut Rd.

Officers from the Turlock Police Department responded to the facility at approximately 10:18 p.m. on Thursday.

Hathcoat was contacted by officers and was found to have an outstanding felony narcotics-related warrant in his name.

It is unknown why Hathcoat was trespassing in the Regional Water Quality Control Facility.

Turlock police arrested and booked Hathcoat for trespassing and the felony warrant.
