On Saturday, August 13th, 2022, at 10:56 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at a residence in the 800 block of Cole Ave, Turlock, after a man had been seen walking up and down the street reportedly looking for a house and then standing in the reporting party’s front yard.

When officers arrived on scene, they made contact with Ralph Herrera, 53, of Turlock, who told them that he was lost and he thought that one of his friends lived on that street.

When officers had their dispatcher run Herrera, he returned with three misdemeanor warrants, the first out of Modesto for theft, the second out of Merced County for $5,000, and the third out of Tuolumne County for $10,000.

Herrera was arrested and released on a citation on his warrants.
