Teens Arrested for Multiple Robberies, Assaults

An 18-year-old man and two juveniles were arrested for multiple robberies and assaults in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Lorenzo Lewis, 18, and two males ages 15 and 16 were arrested for two counts of robbery and one count of conspiracy each, said Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.

The first robbery occurred in the 600 block of Pedras Road, at Donnelly Park, shortly before 12:30 a.m. According to Lewis, three male subjects approached the male victim and took his glasses and car keys before fleeing in a vehicle.

Shortly after, Turlock police received a report of a second robbery, this time in the 3700 block of N. Walnut Road.

Three male suspect assaulted the male victim and stole his cell phone and laptop, said Lewis.

Approximately 45 minutes after the first robbery call, Turlock police received report of a suspicious vehicle with three subjects parked on Bluethroat Drive, said Lewis.

Officers responded and detained the three subjects in the vehicle. One of them was on probation and officers found some of the stolen property during the probation search, said Lewis.

The three suspects were positively identified by the victims of the robberies and arrested.
