At about 1:13am Thursday morning, Officer Khounlivong observed and got out with a vehicle parked in front of a residence at Craftsman Street and Wisteria Lane, which was occupied by three subjects and didn’t have any license plates on it.

Khounlivong made contact with and identified the vehicle’s three occupants as Alexa Cavazos, 33, Devin Tillery, 33, and Christian Jacobs, 28, all of Turlock.

When Khounlivong had his dispatcher run the three, he discovered that Cavazos and Tillery were on searchable probation, while Jacobs was on searchable mandatory supervision for auto theft.

Officer Croxen then ran the vehicle’s VIN number and discovered that it had been reported stolen to CHP Modesto.

Cavazos, Tillery, and Jacobs were all arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of buying or receiving a stolen vehicle and violation of probation. Jacobs was also charged with auto theft.
