Three vehicles threatened by fence and vegetation fire saved Monday afternoon

On Monday, June 6th, 2022, at 4:40 pm, the Turlock Fire Department was dispatched to a reported vegetation fire at Nelson-Jameson, 3004 Humphrey Ct, Turlock.

When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a vegetation fire that had spread to a fence and was threatening three vehicles.

Firefighters immediately began attack in the offensive strategy, knocking the fire down and preventing it from spreading to anything further, including the three threatened vehicles.

The fire was quickly put out shortly thereafter.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
