Consider amending the job classification manual by adding three new job classifications for Manager of Security and Emergency Preparedness; Senior/Associate/Assistant Power Generation Engineer; and Power Plant Regulatory Compliance Officer; and the deleting two job classifications of Power Plant Engineering Department Manager and Power Plant Regulatory Compliance Manager.

2. Resolution Amending the TID MSPC Employees’ Salary and Benefit Resolution
Consider amending the Managerial, Supervisory, Professional and Confidential Employees’ Salary and Benefits Resolution dated January 20, 2009, to place the classifications of Manager of Security and Emergency Preparedness; Senior/Associate/Assistant Power Generation Engineer; and Power Plant Regulatory Compliance Officer in the salary grade ranges.
