2. Approval of Turlock Irrigation District checks dated March 3, 2009.

1. Resolution Amending Rate Schedule Emergency Service to Other Electric Utilities or Control Area Operators
Consider amending the current rate Schedule ES to clarify that this rate schedule can be used to assist Balancing Authorities to react to energy shortages as well as the need for ancillary services or to resolve transmission congestion.
