Traffic is currently snarled on northbound Highway 99 near the Taylor Road exit as CalTrans crews are making repairs to the No. 3 lane.

Motorists traveling northbound are being forced into two lanes near the Keyes Road exit and should expect delays.

The lane closure extends near the Mitchell Road exit in Ceres.

It is unknown how long the construction will be going on.
