On Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, at 9:55 pm, a Turlock Police officer near Envy Vinyl, 227 W Canal Dr, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with the vehicle’s driver and identified him as Donte Howard McMillan, 21, of Stockton.
When the officer had his dispatcher run McMillan, he returned with a felony $100,500 warrant out of Modesto for possession of a firearm by a probationer and was on probation for the same charge.
McMillan was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
