Turlock High School senior tight end Patrick Green (6-4, 233) has been named to high school sport network MaxPreps’ list of “Sac-Joaquin Section Football Players to Watch for 2013.”
Green is the only player south of Elk Grove included on the list of 20 players, all from the classes of 2014 and 2015.
The ESPN Recruiting Database lists Green at 36 among all tight ends nationwide. He is ranked 99th overall in California.
According to ESPN, Green runs a 4.43 40-yard dash and it reports that (as of June 17) he has received an offer from the University of Arizona Wildcats, however he is listed as “undeclared.”
Defensively Green plays defensive end and outside linebacker. He holds a 3.6 GPA and is enrolled in numerous advanced placement courses.
