1. Resolution of Final Order of the Turlock Irrigation District Board of Directors Approving Inclusion of Additional Land into Improvement District No. 197, known as the Riise Ditch
Conduct hearing and consider approval of the inclusion of additional land, APN 045-011-014, owned by Dennis N. Larson and Laurel D. Ruddy, containing 19.73 acres, into Improvement District 197, known as the Riise Ditch.

2. Resolution Approving Revocable License Agreement between Turlock Irrigation District and James Vieira
Consider approval of a Revocable License Agreement with James Vieira for the installation and use of a nutrient wastewater pipeline within the District’s 80-foot wide Ceres Main Canal right-of-way; and authorization for the AGM of Civil Engineering and Water Operations to sign the agreement on behalf of the District
