Turlock Police Investigating Drive-By Shooting

The Turlock Police Department is looking information concerning a drive-by shooting that occurred on Alaska Street late night on Nov. 14.

At approximately 11:22 p.m. on Friday, Turlock police received report of a drive-by shooting on the 600 block of Alaska Street.

There were no victims in the shooting, as the shooter shot at an empty parked vehicle, said Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.

The caller was unable to catch a glimpse of the vehicle as they only heard a vehicle speeding away following the gunshots, said Lewis.

Officers who arrived on scene found evidence of a shooting, including bullet holes and broken glass on the vehicle, said Lewis.

There are no suspects at this time.
