Two arrested on felonies during traffic stop Friday night

On Friday, July 14th, 2023, at 9:17 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lander Ave and South Ave, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.

The officer made contact with and asked the vehicle’s two occupants to identify themselves. Driver Albert Sisneroz, 35, of Ceres, gave his brother’s name, while passenger Ronald Sisneroz, 32, of Patterson, gave his own name.

When officers had their dispatcher run the two, they discovered that Ronald had a $50,000 felony Ramey warrant out of Ceres for obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person for an unlawful purpose, attempting to obtain and use personal identifying information of another person for an unlawful purpose, forgery, and buying or receiving stolen property.

It was eventually discovered that Albert had lied about who he was and the strange thing was that he didn’t have any warrants.

Both Albert and Ronald were arrested and a search of Albert incident to arrest led to the discovery of narcotics.

Albert and Ronald were booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center, Albert on charges of false personation, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of probation, and Ronald on his warrant.
