On Thursday, October 20th, 2022, at 12:26 am, a Turlock Police officer near Broadway Park, 501 N Broadway, Turlock, observed two individuals at the park after hours in violation of the Turlock Municipal Code, so he made contact with them.

The officer identified the two as Steven Dunn, 44, of Turlock, and Heather Baltazar, 45, of Turlock.

When the officer had his dispatcher run the two, they both returned with misdemeanor bench warrants. Dunn’s was a local one for assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, while Baltazar’s was out of Stanislaus County for trespassing.

Both were arrested on their warrants, Dunn was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center, while Baltazar was released on a citation.
