A two-car collision on Lander Avenue in Turlock sent multiple people to a local hospital Tuesday afternoon.
According to Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, a Ford Escort was traveling southbound on Lander Avenue in the lane closest to the center line around 3:24 p.m., when a Nissan Sentra broadsided the Escort.
The Sentra was making a left turn onto northbound Lander Avenue from Vermont Avenue and must have swerved into the Escort, because it broadsided the Escort on the driver side.
All parties in the Sentra were transported to a local hospital for complainant pain.
