On Friday, March 25th, 2022, at 12:57 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of W Main St and West Ave S, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with the vehicle’s two occupants, Robert Osburn, 26, of Turlock, and Christian Almeida, 29, of Turlock, and had his dispatcher run their information. Osburn returned with a few felony warrants for domestic violence and identity related charges, while Almeida returned with a misdemeanor warrant for drug related charges.

Both subjects were arrested for their warrants, Osburn was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center and Almeida was released on a citation.
