Two Women Robbed at Gunpoint on North Olive Avenue, Suspects Sought

Two women were robbed at gunpoint in the 2600 block of N. Olive as they were walking home from a football game on Friday night, according to Turlock Police.

The two women, a 19 year old and a 21 year old, were walking home from a football game when a red Honda stopped in front of where they were standing on N. Olive Avenue.

According to Turlock Police, a Hispanic male in his 20’s got out of the passenger side of the Honda and ran up to them. This same subject pointed a handgun at them and demanded their purses by stating, "You (expletive) give me your purses." Both females did as the subject demanded. The male took the purses, got back in the Honda, and fled the area.

The vehicle was last seen fleeing eastbound on E. Minnesota Ave.

The responsible subject was described to be a Hispanic male, wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans. The subject had a shaved head with a braided pony tail. There was no description of the driver.

Neither of the female victims was injured.
