On Friday, June 23rd, 2023, at 5:11 am, Turlock Police officers near a residence in the 1800 block of E Marshall St, Turlock, recognized a man wanted for leading an officer on a pursuit with a dirt bike the evening of Tuesday, June 6th, so they got out with him.

The officers had their dispatcher run the man, Drake Browning, 19, of Turlock, to verify that he was still wanted, and he was.

Browning was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer by vehicle with disregard for the safety of persons or property.
