On Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, at 1:45 pm, Turlock Police investigators arrested a teenager in connection to the assault with a firearm that had occurred the night of Friday, May 26th, near the intersection of W Main St and N Beech St, Turlock.
Recently, investigators were able to identify one of their three shooters as a 16-year-old male who they’ve recently had frequent run-ins with, and obtained a felony Ramey warrant against him for attempted murder, discharging a firearm at an inhabited structure or vehicle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or person addicted to a narcotic, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, and carrying a concealed firearm.
Investigators were able to get the teen to go to the Turlock Public Safety Facility where they arrested him without incident.
The teen was booked into Stanislaus County Juvenile Hall on his warrant.
Two shooters remain outstanding.
