Victims of Auto Mall Accident Suffered Non-Life-Threatening Injuries

Wednesday evening’s accident in front of the Turlock Auto Mall hospitalized two victims, but neither suffered life-threatening injuries.

The multiple-vehicle accident occurred at approximately 5:33 p.m. Wednesday and involved three vehicles.

According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, a BMW sedan allegedly made a left-hand turn onto Fulkerth Road from Dianne Drive. While making the turn, the BMW collided with a Toyota sedan traveling westbound on Fulkerth Road.

That collision sent the Toyota into a Honda that was stopped at the stop sign at Auto Mall Drive.

Lewis said the two victims hospitalized were transported directly from the scene.

Early reports from the Turlock Police Department said one victim had suffered serious injuries, and the other had unknown injuries. It appears now that neither victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
