At about 12:43pm Friday, Turlock Police Sergeant Hernandez made a bicycle stop at N. Broadway and Florence Street.

Hernandez had recognized the bicyclist as Gary Reinhardt, 30, of Turlock, and knew he was locally wanted for robbery.

After confirming Reinhardt was still wanted, Hernandez placed him under arrest.

During a search of Reinhardt’s person incident to arrest, Hernandez located methamphetamines.

Reinhardt was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines and robbery.
