Woman Arrested for Felony DUI After Causing Collision

At about 10:54am Monday morning, Turlock Police, Turlock Fire, and American Medical Response responded to an injury vehicle collision at E. Hawkeye Avenue and N. Berkeley Avenue.

When units arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved.

Two patients complained of minor injuries, one of which was transported by AMR to a local hospital.

One of the drivers, Victoria Goulart, 20, of Turlock, displayed objective symptoms of driving under the influence. She was arrested.

It’s currently unknown to Turlock City News how the collision occurred, however, Goulart was found to be at fault.

Goulart was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury to another person. Her vehicle was also impounded and she was issued a driver’s license suspension order.
