On Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at 12:57 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Ninth St and W F St, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s three occupants, including passenger Desirae Ramirez, 30, of Modesto.
When the officer had his dispatcher run the three, he discovered that Ramirez had a $50,500 local felony bench warrant for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
Ramirez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on her warrant.
