|

On Wednesday, October 26th, 2022, at 3:54 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of E Canal Dr and Geer Rd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with the vehicle’s driver and identified her as Shanise Yarberry, 29, of San Leandro.

When the officer had his dispatcher run Yarberry, she returned with two misdemeanor bench warrants. The first one was out of Modesto for driving without a valid driver’s license and falsely identifying to a peace officer, while the second one was a $20,000 one out of Tuolumne County for forgery.

Yarberry was arrested and released on a citation on her warrants.
