On Sunday, September 11th, 2022, at 2:27 am, a Turlock Police officer near Smoke Depot, 500 Lander Ave, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver and passenger, including driver Ashlee Deminsky, 25, of Denair.

When the officer had his dispatcher run Deminsky, she returned with a misdemeanor $2,500 warrant out of San Mateo County for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also on searchable probation for forgery.

A subsequent search of Deminsky’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamines.

Deminsky was arrested and released on a citation on charges of possession of methamphetamines as well as her warrant.
