On Saturday, June 24th, 2023, at 11:28 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Golden State Blvd and Geer Rd, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so she made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger Destany Binda, 28, of Modesto.
When the officer had her dispatcher run the two, she discovered that Binda had a $10,100 local misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Binda was arrested and released on a citation on her warrant.
