On Sunday, February 20th, 2022, at 9:50 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported armed robbery that had just occurred at Chevron Food Mart, 881 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock.

When officers arrived on scene, they met with the victim, the store clerk, who reported to them that a female suspect had entered the store and demanded currency, while brandishing a black handgun tucked into her waistband. The clerk told her that there was no currency in the register, before she fled on foot walking around the north side of the building.

The suspect was described by the victim as a short and skinny female in her twenties wearing a face covering and black sweatpants.
