On Saturday, December 12th, 2020, shortly after 9:15 pm, the Turlock Police Department received a call from a passerby reporting that a female had attempted to hit a male with her vehicle, however, missed him and instead collided with a wall near the intersection of Lander Ave and D St. The passerby asked the victim if he was alright, and he stated that his girlfriend was trying to hit him with her vehicle.

Officers arrived on scene within a couple minutes and checked the area for the suspect, however, were unable to locate her. Officers made contact with the boyfriend and took a report. The suspect has been identified, however, her name is not being released at this time. A building and utility pole were damaged as a result of the incident.
