Woman wanted for vandalism arrested on vandalism call Monday night

On Monday, June 5th, 2023, at 9:38 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported vandalism in progress at Sinclair Gas & Dino Mart, 1405 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock.

The caller was a security company watching on a live surveillance feed stating that there were subjects damaging property in the parking lot. The caller stated that they didn’t want anything done and just wanted the subjects lectured.

When officers arrived on scene, they contacted and identified three subjects, including Heather Hale, 48, of Ceres.

When officers had their dispatcher run Hale, they discovered that she was locally wanted for vandalism and had a $411 infraction bench warrant out of Stanislaus County for an education code violation.

Hale was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of vandalism, as well as her warrant.
