On Friday, September 30th, 2022, at 1:46 am, a Turlock Police officer near Walgreens, 1591 Geer Rd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s three occupants, including driver Elizabeth Robinson, 30, of Riverbank. Robinson originally gave a fake name, however, her true identity was eventually discovered.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Robinson, she returned with two $25,500 misdemeanor bench warrants out of Modesto, the first one being for possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia, and the second one being for possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamines.
Robinson was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of falsely identifying to a peace officer as well as her warrants.
