On Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, at 1:22 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Golden State Blvd and Fulkerth Rd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger Cynthia Luna, 50, of Modesto.
When the officer had his dispatcher run the two, Luna returned with a $100,500 local felony bench warrant for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, threatening to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, and false imprisonment.
Luna was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on her warrant.
