Amy Northcutt was supposed to appear in court Wednesday but missed the court date as she recently gave birth to a baby.
Amy and Justin Northcutt both taught at Turlock Christian Schools and were suspected of trying to involve a 16 year old female Turlock Christian student into having group sex with them. The couple allegedly sent sexually explicit text messages and possibly pictures.
The couple are each facing a felony charge of “harmful matter sent with intent of seduction of a minor.”
February 27, 2009 is now the couple’s next court date.
