Justin Northcutt, 27, and Amy Northcutt, 26, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of “harmful matter sent with intent of seduction of a minor” on Wednesday.
The former Turlock Christian School teachers will be back in court on December 17, 2008.
The felony charge each are facing stem from accusations that the Northcutts allegedly sent text messages and photos enticing group sex with a 16 year old girl who also attended Turlock Christian High School.
The girl was a student of Amy Northcutt. Amy resigned in late May. Justin Northcutt was a substitute teacher for Turlock Christian Schools.
