Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputies are currently investigating the scene of a homicide in South Turlock.
Firefighters and Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of Golf Road at about 1:44 a.m. for a report of a man that had been shot.
Arriving deputies found a hispanic adult male with a gunshot wound on the side of the roadway. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Potential witnesses are being interviewed by detectives as the crime scene is processed.
No suspect information is currently available.
