Turlock Police received a call of a vehicle vs two pedestrians collision on Saturday night.
On January 31, 2009 at around 8pm, Turlock Police Officers arrive to the Julian + Grant crime scene and it looks like one subject may not make it. The male victim, 40 years, is later pronounced deceased. The second male victim, 37 years, is transported and treated.
A blue or green Neon is the likely suspect vehicle. It appears there was an altercation between the occupants of the car and the pedestrians, resulting in the intentional hit and run. Detectives are working on the case.
