Umpqua Bank Burglary, Second Incident Recently

Umpqua Bank was robbed on January 19, 2010 and now reported by Turlock Police as being burglarized on February, 24, 2010.
 
“Possibly during the early morning hours, unknown subjects entered the Umpqua Bank at 400 E. Olive Ave.  Once inside, the subjects ransacked the business and stole various items of currency,” said Nino Amirfar in a press release. 
 
Turlock Police is asking anyone who may have seen a suspicious person or vehicle in the area of the bank during none business hours to contact Det. S. Hammell of the Turlock Police Department Investigations Unit at 664-7328 or 668-5550 ext 6628.
 
The Turlock Police Department is an active participant in the Crime Stoppers Program.  Callers can leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at (209) 521-4636 and may be eligible for a cash reward.
