Vaudevillian Circus Act to Hit CSU Stanislaus

|

Prepare to be amazed – the KamiKaze fireflies are bringing a taste of comedy and adventure to Turlock. Based out of Los Angeles, the KamiKaze Fireflies will present a mix of knife juggling, stilt walking, cube juggling and acrobatics on Thursday and Friday.

According to John Mayer, Department of Theatre Chair, the show is "a great opportunity to witness inexpensive and energetic live entertainment for the whole family."

This comedy meets circus starts at 8 p.m. both nights on the Mainstage Theatre at California State University, Stanislaus, and promises to be an evening of fun for the whole family.

The two performers, Rob Williams (formerly with The Flaming Idiots) and Casey Martin (formerly of the acrobatic show Barely Balanced) combine their years of unique knowledge for a stunning “New Vaudevillian” performance.

The KamiKaze Fireflies performed at CSU Stanislaus two years ago.

For more information, call the Theatre Box Office at (209) 667-3166. Tickets are $10 for students and $15 for non-students. Tickets will be available online at http://bit.ly/KamiKazeFireflies.
